In addition to sending out the monthly email with the calendar it will be available on the www.kopny.com site updated as changes and new events are established. You can directly access the online calendar at http://kopny.org/calendar/index.php

New Format Calendar

There are 2 other versions of the calendar. By going to the Calendars drop down list you can select Other Events which are lodge and district events which need to be posted but can overly complicate the Grand Lodge Calendar.

An additional calendar is available called All events which combine both the Grand Lodge and Other events.

Adding events to the calendar is very easy. Select the appropriate calendar, either Grand Lodge or Other Events. Using the arrows near the month in the upper left corner select the proper month.

Find the day click on the + sign on the appropriate day

Click Next

Complete the form with Title, Date, Time, Your Name, Your email and a description. The event title will show in the calendar box. The description will also show on the printed calendar and if you click on the event on the calendar page.

Click Next to send the posting request.

You will receive an email confirming your request has been sent. The Executive Secretary will review your posting and either accept it, reject it with a reason or modify it to confirm to our standard format or correct English and Spelling.

You will receive an email notifying you when it is posted or rejected. Those who prefer can send the request to bruce@sibro.biz . Please make sure you have clearly provided the requested information.

As a special feature the calendars can be added to your Google or Yahoo home page.

In the upper left corner click on details

You can select either a Daily, Weekly or Monthly view. Click and follow the directions. If you have problems send an email to the Executive Secretary to the Grand Chancellor
